Heights of double standards

No Toilet , No Bride is a campaign started by Indian Government
It’s heart breaking that none of our Government Officials ever paid heed to the ” Issue of Toilets” in Indian households. I am not ashamed to talk about , not such great topic at my Blog. It’s a necessity , a basic need and right of every citizen . Men , especially think it’s in Vogue to defecate at railway tracks but why do people need to do that ? Ever wondered.
They do not think it’s necessary or required to have separate toilets for defecation. They don’t have access to proper hygiene and healthy living as our Government till date was too busy making Golden Pots for themselves to notice a poor man’s grief.
Lack of sanitation is a major problem in India and ” Swach Bharat Abhiyaan ” won’t work until we do , each one of us. There are millions of girls who do not have access to sanitary pads and many of them are still using mud ,grass and what not. Don’t we all need to feel ashamed of ourselves ?
A toilet for women should be made mandatory in all villages. We aren’t very proud of Rapes in our country either. Women need to be respected and given the rights they deserve . We need to stop treating them like animals. They have the same rights as Men.Speak up for them. Be the Voice of Babli that roars and shakes the world to pay heed to the necessity of basic Toilet Facility.
Villagers might not know that defecating in public makes them vulnerable to diseases like diarrhea , cholera, typhoid , intestinal infections etc.
