1- Everyone is good at heart
I sincerely whole kindheartedly believe that Everyone is good at heart . We can not term someone as Good or Bad Human Being. Inside , we are all the same .Our souls are made of same matters.We are actually not given the rights by God to judge who is wrong and who is right. Karma is not a Myth.It always and always works. I would not like to spend my time thinking and analyzing who/ what went wrong and later on spend time hating them for what they did which shall further lead to frustration and depression.I do not have that kind of time. We all have very little time on Earth and It should be well spent.
2- Just be there for someone
At first I find it best to just the let other person vent, to let him or her get issue at hand out into the light. So I am just there fully and listening.Oftentimes this might be enough.Sprinkle your positive thoughts and zoom in situations and show them that things aren’t as bad as they might seem. Do not ever lose patience while listening to someone who is in pain. This person shall bless you in ways you’ll never know.
3- Compliment People
Think about one thing that makes the other person tick. A small or bigger passion. Or something good that people too often take for granted about him or her.
And then give a compliment about that. It often means more than you might guess.
4- Always Smile
You’ll need to smile the most when you don’t feel like smiling at all.It works great for yourself and people around you. A simple smile can solve many problems from erupting in the first phase. Force a smile for 30 seconds or a minute and see how your mood changes.
5- Find Good in Everything and Everyone
Happy people do not spend hours complaining about the bad weather .They never put others down.They will always make you feel High on energy. When things go wrong, as they often do, they say, “That’s good!” And then set about finding something positive about the situation. When you ask them How have they been ? They always say that they have been Great.
6- Develop a Positive Attitude
It is easy to have a positive attitude and to be cheerful when everything is going according to plan. But it is when you encounter unexpected setbacks and difficulties that you demonstrate to yourself, and the world around you, what kind of an attitude you really have. Make sure that it is a positive attitude!
